About the Skinhead Gourmet

Eddie, the Skinhead Gourmet, wandering spirit, long time culinary professional and Reggae and Oi! enthusiast found himself working a non-cooking job for a short time, and to fulfill his need to cook, he started to document some of his recipes. He's back to work in a proper kitchen in a fine Las Vegas resort, and back to making videos.

Hard to peg down exactly where Eddie's palette is apt to wander, anything from Pub-Style Fish n Chips, French Mother Sauces to Moroccan Leems and Tanjine over couscous can be expected.

Not to be confused with the "Skinheads" you may have seen on various History Channel, A&E or National Geographic TV documentaries, Eddie is a true skinhead, paying homage to the Jamaican roots of a social/fashion/music sub-culture built around working-class pride, self-respect and being as tough as the tools a man makes his living by. There is no racism espoused or tolerated here. If you're looking for Hitler worship, neo-nazism or other such nonsense, look elsewhere. No one here is dumb enough to wear the White Supremacist moniker while following a black fashion culture.......speaking of which, ever wonder why racist skinheads are referred to as "Boneheads?"
